MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Before you begin: 
Before purchasing custom window coverings, it's crucial to ensure your measurements are precise for a perfect fit. Please follow the measurement instructions provided below specific to the products you are buying. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our team for assistance.

 

Pre-Installed Curtain Rod: 

  1. Width (A): Measure the length of your hardware end to end between two brackets.
  2. Height(B): Height from the curtain ring to the floor or just your desired height.

Pre-Installed Curtain Track:

  1. Width (A): Measure the length of your rod or track from end to end.
  2. Height(B): Height from the track wheels to the floor or your desired height.

Ceiling mounted tracks with a track cover or crown molding:

  1. Width (A): Measure from left wall end to the right wall end. If you have crown molding on the ceiling please measure the left end (excluding crown molding) to the right. (excluding crown molding).
  2. Height (B): Measure from ceiling to the floor. If you have crown molding, measure from the crown molding (exact from ceiling) to the floor or your desired height.
Wall/Frame Mounted Rod
  1. Width (A): Measure from 10” left of the window frame to 10” right of the window frame.
  2. Height (B): Measure from at least 6” above the window frame to the floor or your desired height.

Custom Made Valances:

  1. Width (A): The exact finished width of the valance.
  2. Height (B): Your desired height of the valance.

Inside-mounted custom blinds and shades:

  1. Width (A): Exact window width, we will minus 1/2’’ for the product to fit well inside the window.
  2. Height (B): Exact window height.
  3. Depth (C): Exact window depth.

Outside-Mounted Custom Blinds and Shades:

  1. Width (A): Measure the exact width of your window including outside trim, and then, add 2” each side to conceal the frame better and darkening the room better.
  2. Height (B): Measure the exact height of your window including outside trim, and then, add 4” in total to conceal the frame better and darkening the room better.
