RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Modification and Cancellation of the Order:

You can modify or cancel your order within 48 hours of its submission. You can contact us via live chat, but be sure to also follow up with an email at mifudecor@gmail.com, where your orders will be adjusted and canceled accordingly.

Return and Refund Policy:

All custom-made products sold at MIFU Decor are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error in the product. It is important for customers to carefully review and confirm all specifications and details when placing their order. However, please feel free to let us know of any issues by sending an email to mifudecor@gmail.com; we will follow up within 48 hours.

Policies on Damaged Shipment:

Upon receipt of the package, please check the exterior packaging for any signs of damage, and then inspect the product for any defects that may have occurred during shipping. If you observe any issues, please first speak with our online shop assistant, and then email us within 48 hours by sending pictures of the packaging and defective product to mifudecor@gmail.com. We will then follow up with an assessment and discuss the next steps with you.
